The cooker is a closed heating equipment specially used for fat melting. It responds to the actual needs of the domestic slaughtering industry to convert animal fat into edible grade fat. The equipment combines international advanced technology with local practical experience, and adopts a unique high-temperature horizontal melting and low-temperature vacuum drying process. It not only effectively sterilizes, but also converts animal fat into high-quality edible fat. The entire production process is fully enclosed to ensure safety and efficiency. At the same time, the gases generated during the production process are strictly multi-stage treated to meet safety emission standards.

    The sealing of the cooker adopts a combined sealing structure made of the latest materials, offering high wear resistance and sealing performance, and resisting high temperatures and various chemicals.

    The cooker uses a chain coupling power transmission structure, providing smooth transmission, shock absorption, wear resistance, and a long service life.

  • High working efficiency

    The cooker features an inflatable rotor shaft that enhances heat transfer between the equipment and the material, greatly improving working efficiency.

  • Melting and Pressing Process

    Raw materials enter the melting kettle, cover and seal the lid until temperature exceeds 140 °C to kill E. coli and break keratin molecules. Under 0.5 MPa pressure for over 4 hours, steam is exhausted, material is discharged into a buffer bin, then squeezed by the oil press to obtain edible fat and meat and bone meal.
