Raw materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed hopper, where they are sheared and broken down by high-speed rotating blades. Particles smaller than the screen aperture pass through immediately, while larger pieces are recirculated by airflow back into the impact zone for repeated crushing.
This cycle ensures uniform particle size, stable torque control, and consistent output quality. The reduced material volume lowers transportation energy costs and decreases the mechanical load on screw conveyors and downstream equipment.
