Raw materials enter the crushing chamber through the top inlet, where they are impacted and shattered by high-speed hammers mounted on a rotating rotor. Materials with particle sizes smaller than the screen aperture pass through the screen immediately.
Meanwhile, air surrounding the rotor rotates in the same direction, creating a centrifugal effect. Particles that have not been sufficiently reduced are carried along with the airflow but are not impacted by the hammers. As these materials and air reach the recirculating groove, their direction is altered, redirecting the material back into the hammering zone. This ensures that the material is repeatedly impacted until it meets the required particle size and passes through the screen.
This mechanism significantly enhances crushing efficiency by ensuring thorough and repeated impact within the chamber.
Animal protein (meat and bone meal) is a high-protein feed ingredient derived from animal bones and meat by-products. By pulverizing the meat and bone meal, its surface area is increased, which facilitates the action of digestive enzymes and the release of nutrients. The resulting fine powder is more easily digested and absorbed by animals, thereby significantly improving resource utilization efficiency.
Pulverizing meat and bone meal helps achieve a uniform particle size, which enhances the homogeneity and stability of feed mixtures. In addition, the grinding process removes impurities and indigestible components from the material, thereby improving the overall quality of the feed.
Pulverizing animal protein (meat and bone meal) promotes the release of soluble proteins, thereby increasing its nutritional value. This improvement contributes to reducing feed costs and minimizing feed waste.
Ensures consistent feed mixing and stable quality with precisely milled meat and bone meal.
Transforms animal by-products into high-protein feed ingredients with higher absorption efficiency.
Recirculating impact zone design guarantees repeated hammer strikes for maximum milling performance.
