Explore MoreThe scrubbers we manufacture are designed for efficient removal of gaseous pollutants. Through direct contact between gas and liquid, the equipment effectively transfers pollutants in the gas to the liquid medium by virtue of the solubility, absorption capacity and chemical reaction characteristics of the liquid, thus achieving deep purification and treatment of the gas. To meet customer needs, we have three standard scrubbers, which respectively perform three-level scrubbing treatments for acidic substances, strong oxidants and alkaline substances, ensuring that waste gas emissions fully comply with environmental standards and achieve environmentally friendly production.
The gas scrubber is mainly composed of a tower, an air inlet device, an air outlet device and an efficient liquid spray system. The tower is specially designed to increase the contact area with internal packing or plate structures to maximize gas–liquid interaction surface and improve scrubbing efficiency.
This system evenly distributes the scrubbing liquid into the tower with precision-designed nozzles, efficient spray pipes, and a smooth liquid loop. It flexibly adjusts spray volume and distribution patterns for accurate control of the scrubbing process.
A dedicated collection system separates and gathers the pollutant-containing liquid. It facilitates further treatment or resource recycling of the dirty liquid, ensuring environmental protection and high efficiency of the entire washing process.
An advanced control platform monitors and precisely controls key parameters such as liquid level, fluid flow, and system pressure in real time, enabling highly automated operation, flexible adjustment, and improved purification efficiency and stability.
