Hebei Chengzhu Machinery Group Co., Ltd. customized a batch of 5 tons of harmless treatment equipment. Core highlights of the project: Technical adaptability The equipment is designed for the characteristics of the breeding industry in high-altitude and cold areas, and adopts high-temperature and high-pressure chemical processing technology to effectively kill pathogens, and the treatment efficiency reaches the industry-leading level. The whole process is closed to prevent secondary pollution, and the treated products can be converted into resource products such as bio-oil, meat and bone meal. Intelligent upgrade Equipped with a PLC automatic control system, it realizes unattended feeding, crushing, sterilization, and drying. The energy consumption of a single batch of processing is reduced by 30%, saving more than 90% of land resources compared with traditional landfill methods. Regional demonstration effect The storage and transportation system covering the entire area of Dalat Banner has been built simultaneously, with a daily processing capacity of 20 tons, which can meet the emergency disposal needs of major animal epidemics within a radius of 150 kilometers. During the commissioning period, the equipment operated continuously and stably for more than 500 hours, and the customer gave special affirmation to the optimized design of the dust removal and deodorization module.
Social value extension: Ecological barrier construction After the project was implemented, the risk of pollution from dead livestock and poultry along the Inner Mongolia section of the Yellow River was greatly reduced, and the incidence of animal diseases was also reduced.
