This project can annually process and produce 80,000 metric tons of meat and bone meal and 35,000 metric tons of chicken oil, establishing itself as a demonstration project for high-efficiency circular economy.
The facility is equipped with dual parallel production lines: one continuous high-temperature drying line and one continuous low-temperature wet rendering line. Both lines are integrated with PLC automation control systems that enable real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, and flow rates, along with automatic adjustments to critical parameters (e.g., sterilization temperature, drying time) to ensure product consistency.

Innovative Dual-Technology Synergy for Diverse Raw Material Processing
The project features two independent production lines—continuous high-temperature drying and continuous low-temperature wet rendering—that can flexibly switch processing modes based on raw material characteristics (e.g., bone hardness, fat content):
High-Temperature Drying: Utilizes integrated 135–150°C high-temperature steam sterilization and drum drying technology to process high-protein bone residues, yielding meat and bone meal that meets feed standards with a protein retention rate ≥85%.
Low-Temperature Wet Rendering: Employs an 80–95°C wet hydrolysis process to separate bone-fat mixtures. A three-phase centrifuge efficiently extracts chicken oil with purity exceeding 98%, while simultaneously producing low-fat bone residue powder suitable for high-value-added food additives.
The synergy of dual lines elevates raw material utilization to over 97%, far surpassing the industry average of 80%.
